To rent out our converted van click on this link and pick your check-in and check-out date. After we have accepted your request and you have asked us any relevant questions, you can then decide if that rental is appropriate for you or not. You will be able to either confirm or decline the booking.

We are here to ensure everything goes well during this process. RVezy has a departure and a return guide to help understand the process. A rental agreement must be signed before the start of the trip date.

Lonavity will send a confirmation of all the information that was previously exchanged during our communication ahead of the trip.
Before the departure and the return, a complete inspection is mandatory as per section 3.4 of the terms of service. We will do a thorough walk-through of the van and ensure that you are fully comfortable with how it works and that you understand
all the different features.
Once you’ve paid your booking and we’ve confirmed it, you will be prompted to complete a background and driving record check. This is required on every booking for insurance and security purposes, and to ensure that you meet the requirements to rent the van.
- A valid credit card
- At least 25 years old
- Possession of a full, unrestricted licence for a minimum of 8 consecutive years
- No more than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 6 years
- No more than 2 minor driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No criminal code driving offence conviction in the last 3 years
- No automobile insurance cancellation by your insurance company in the last 3 years
- Personal automobile insurance OR another form of personal insurance (renter's insurance, house insurance, etc.)
To be able to add a driver, make sure that you have verified your account.
Whenever you make a booking, RVezy applies a service fee to the total rental amount, any selected add-ons, and all closeout charges except for damage charges.
Service fees are determined based on several factors, including lead time to the booking, RV availability in each area, trip duration, and vehicle value.
Should the service fee on the rental amount fall below the minimum of $15/night for all van rentals, RVezy will apply the minimum mentioned service fee per night. The percentage service fee will still apply to the rental amount, add-ons, and closing charges.

RVezy will charge tax on the service fee, roadside assistance (if selected), and insurance.
Lonavity will charge tax on the rental amount and add-ons based on your province of residence.
Note: You will not be taxed twice on the rental, as RVezy’s tax and the Lonavity taxes are charged on separate items.
If you are late returning the van, you will be charged a fee of $100 to Lonavity and a $50 administrative fee to RVezy. The full amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
If the van is excessively dirty, there will be a $150 cleaning fee to Lonavity and a $50 administration fee to RVezy. The full amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
If you don’t show up to collect the van and you didn’t contact Lonavity or a member of the RVezy team, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
If the van is returned without being full of gas, the amount of fuel will be deducted from your security deposit and a $50 administration fee to RVezy.
Damage or Missing Items Fee
If there are missing items or if it's damaged, the value of all damaged and missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
All payments are made directly through the RVezy website and they accept payment by credit card or debit Visa cards.
If you book less than 37 days before the start of your trip, you are required to pay the full rental amount immediately to confirm your booking for your trip.
If you book more than 37 days before the start of your trip, an initial deposit of 25% of the total is required. Then, 37 days before your trip is set to begin, the remaining balance of 75% will be charged to your card on file.
A security deposit is required for every booking and will be charged to the credit card on file three days before the start of your trip. Once the van is returned to Lonavity and the booking is closed out in the system, the security deposit will be refunded.
RVezy has put in place an equitable cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation policy will be applied based on the cancellation date:
— 30 days and more from the start date of the rental you will get a full refund of the deposit that was paid and pay the RVezy service fee and its tax.
— Between 30 days and 8 days from the start date of the rental you will get a 50% refund of the rental amount and pay the RVezy service fee and its tax.
— 7 days or less from the start date of the rental you will need to refund the full amount of the rental and pay the RVezy service fee and its tax.
If Lonavity needs to cancel a booking, the full amount paid by you will be fully refunded, including all fees and taxes.
We have commercial insurance coverage with RVezy. The van is fully protected by the policy for the duration of the rental.
This coverage includes:
- $2m Third Party Liability Coverage for Canada
- Collision & Comprehensive
- Physical Damage
- Fire, Theft & Vandalism
You can select your deductible level when requesting a booking request.
The insurance fee for each level of protection is calculated on a per-night basis and several factors including, but not limited to, value, age, size, and location of the van.

RVezy has a 24-hour roadside assistance program for as little as $18 per night.
In the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure, RVezy’s roadside coverage will ensure that you can get safely to the nearest repair facility. Once at the garage contact the Lonavity team to keep us updated.
