Return policy

What is Lonavity’s return policy?

At Lonavity, your satisfaction is our priority. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, not torn, accompanied by a receipt and returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns meeting these criteria may be refunded in the same way as the original payment, or exchanged. Please get in touch with us to make a return. Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items that have been opened, damaged, or unsuitable for resale cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

There are a few exceptions to our return policy:

— Returns, exchanges or warranties on items without receipts may not be accepted. 

— Defective items covered by the manufacturer’s warranty may be repaired or replaced (lead times vary).

— Parts and pre-ordered products are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances. Except for a defective product flagged within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the part or product will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and may be repaired or replaced (times vary). All other rules apply.

— Shipping charges are non-refundable.

— Refunds and exchanges by mail are only authorized after authorization by the company, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Are there other items that cannot be returned?

Some items purchased from the Lonavity online store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

— Gift vouchers 

— Any item not found in the online boutique (i.e., special orders, accessories/custom-ordered products, etc.)

— Cut or modified items 

— Clearance or final sale itemsents, or welcome customers to your store.

Where can I return or exchange an item I purchased online?

Items purchased from Lonavity can be returned or exchanged either in-person at our shop or by mail to the Lonavity office, located at 5–473 B Bd Saint-René E. Gatineau, QC J8P 8A5, within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please do not send the product back to us without a return authorization. The shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you via the email address associated with the order as soon as we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If approved, you will receive an email from us and issue a refund directly to the original payment method. Returns not approved will be sent back with a detailed explanation. Keep in mind that refunds may take many days to appear on your bank or credit card account.


We have credit card processing fees therefore there will be a 3% cancellation fee.


We offer a 2-year limited warranty on our custom van conversion. Components and products are covered by the manufactures warranty. Have peace of mind we are here to help you while you are in need.

Certain Conditions Apply

— The van must be maintained properly after delivery and according to our company’s policy. * 

— Guarantee includes only installation and manufacturing defects. 

— Non-transferable warranty.

— Two years from the delivery date.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our kits. Components and products are covered by the manufactures warranty. Kits are final sales.
