The Van Insulation Kit combines 3M Thinsulate SM600L and DUCK Liner Gen 2 for a complete insulation system. Choose the linear feet of Thinsulate for your van; 2 rolls of DUCK Liner are included.
Everything you need to insulate your van in one order. 2 rolls of DUCK Liner are enough for the Sprinter 144″, 170″ and 170″ Extended, the Transit 130″, 148″ and 148″ Extended, and the ProMaster 136″, 159″ and 159″ Extended.

🔇 Two layers for a quiet van
DUCK Liner goes on the bare metal first to reduce vibration and road noise. Thinsulate goes over it for thermal and acoustic insulation in the walls, ceiling, doors and cab area.
💧 Stops condensation
DUCK Liner separates the interior from cold metal surfaces to prevent condensation. Thinsulate is hydrophobic and helps prevent mould and mildew.
☀️ Reflective foil layer
The foil layer on DUCK Liner reflects radiant heat away from the van walls to keep the inside temperature stable.
🔥 Made for vehicles
Thinsulate is FMVSS 302 certified for flammability. DUCK Liner is non-combustible and resists corrosion.
✂️ Easy to install
DUCK Liner has an adhesive backing: cut, peel and stick. Thinsulate is light, easy to cut and fits around ribs and curves.
