Section 5 – Vehicle Installations

Installation services performed by Lonavity may involve permanent modifications to a customer's vehicle, including but not limited to:

  • Cutting body panels
  • Drilling holes
  • Installing windows
  • Roof fans
  • Heating systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Shore power connections
  • Plumbing components
  • Roof accessories
  • Interior cabinetry and hardware

By authorizing installation work, the customer acknowledges that these modifications are permanent and may affect the original condition of the vehicle.

The customer confirms that the vehicle is in suitable condition for installation work. Lonavity is not responsible for delays, additional labour, or costs resulting from hidden damage, corrosion, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, or unforeseen conditions discovered during installation.

Certain installations may require additional work that cannot reasonably be identified until work has begun. If additional work becomes necessary, the customer will be informed before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.


Section 6 – Orders, Billing & Special Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory discrepancies
  • Supplier availability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect product information
  • Shipping restrictions

If an order must be cancelled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued unless otherwise permitted by these Terms.

Special-order products, custom fabrication, and products ordered specifically for a customer may not be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed with our supplier.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Lonavity is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

All orders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy, where applicable.

Lonavity provides a limited one (1) year workmanship warranty on installation services performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not extend to product defects, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by third parties.

Except as expressly stated in writing, all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Lonavity does not warrant that the website, its content, or any services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lonavity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits;

  • Vehicle downtime;
  • Travel expenses;
  • Accommodation expenses;
  • Loss of use of the vehicle;
  • Loss of data;

Our total liability arising from any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lonavity, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.
