The Separett Tiny 1271 is a compact, waterless composting toilet made for vans, RVs, boats, cabins and tiny homes. It separates urine from solids right away, which dramatically reduces odours, and drains urine through a tube to an external tank or greywater system, so there is no urine container to empty.

The urine tube needs a constant downward slope to the external tank. For runs longer than 2 m, switch to a pipe of at least 50 mm inside diameter. Outdoor pipes should be at least Ø50 mm and insulated for winter use. A flexible ventilation hose, sold separately, lets the toilet slide in and out of a cabinet. 💧 Choose Your Urine Setup
The Tiny 1270 collects urine in a removable 7.5 L container. The Tiny 1271 drains urine through a tube to an external tank or greywater system, so there is no container to empty. The full specifications are in each description.
🔧 Ventilation
Vent through the wall, floor or roof. Maximum length: 5 m of Ø 50 mm rigid pipe or 3 m of flexible hose, with up to two 90° elbows for rigid pipe. A flexible hose lets the toilet slide in and out of a cabinet.
🚿 Urine Tube (Tiny 1271)
Keep a constant downward slope of at least 2° (about 2 cm per metre) with no air pockets. Beyond the supplied 2 m hose, use a pipe with an internal diameter of at least 50 mm, and insulate any outdoor pipes in winter.
