DUCK Liner Gen 2 is a closed-cell neoprene insulation with a reflective foil layer and an adhesive backing. It goes directly on the bare metal to stop condensation and cut road noise before the next layer of insulation.
Whether you're starting a new conversion or upgrading your current setup, DUCK Liner adds insulation, soundproofing and easy installation in one product. Paired with 3M Thinsulate, it gives your van insulation that performs in every season.

🔇 Two layers for a quiet van
DUCK Liner goes on the bare metal first to reduce vibration and road noise. Thinsulate goes over it for thermal and acoustic insulation in the walls, ceiling, doors and cab area.
💧 Stops condensation
DUCK Liner separates the interior from cold metal surfaces to prevent condensation. Thinsulate is hydrophobic and helps prevent mould and mildew.
☀️ Reflective foil layer
The foil layer on DUCK Liner reflects radiant heat away from the van walls to keep the inside temperature stable.
🔥 Made for vehicles
Thinsulate is FMVSS 302 certified for flammability. DUCK Liner is non-combustible and resists corrosion.
✂️ Easy to install
DUCK Liner has an adhesive backing: cut, peel and stick. Thinsulate is light, easy to cut and fits around ribs and curves.
