This modular roof rack is made for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It attaches to the roof rails with no drilling, and supports up to 500 lb of solar panels, cargo boxes, awnings and gear.
Single-piece aluminum side rails with double-thick corners give full strength across the rack, and the repositionable crossbars let you plan your roof around fans, A/C units and solar panels.

WARNING
Ignoring the following warnings may result in the rack detaching from the vehicle, leading to serious injury or death.
The roof racks, roof rails and cross bars support up to 500 lb each. Load up your solar panels, cargo box, awning or rooftop gear with confidence, kilometre after kilometre.
The racks are made from high-pressure molded aluminum extrusions in one solid piece, with double-thick reinforced corners. No bent aluminum, no weak spots, just full strength across the whole rack.
Aluminum will not rust. Anodized rails, powder-coated deck panels and brackets, and stainless steel parts stand up to harsh weather, road vibration and daily use, season after season.
High-strength aluminum gives you all the strength you need without adding unnecessary weight to your roof, so you keep more of your payload for your gear.
Every piece works together. Start with rails or a rack, then add cross bars, deck panels, a ladder or accessories as your build grows.
The low-profile design and front fairing cut wind noise and drag, for a quieter, smoother drive.
The ladders have wide anti-slip steps for secure footing every time you climb up to load gear or clean your solar panels.
Each product is made for specific vans. Check the model, year, wheelbase and roof height in the product description before ordering.
Never exceed the maximum roof load specified by your van manufacturer. Include the weight of the rack, decking and every accessory installed on your roof.
What is included and what you need for installation is listed in each product description.
We install roof racks, rails, ladders and roof accessories at our van conversion shop in Gatineau, near Ottawa.
Inspect and tighten all hardware after the first 160 km of driving, then at the interval listed in the product description.
Check your setup again after rough-road travel, or if you notice movement, vibration or unusual noise.
Do not walk directly on unsupported crossbars, solar panels or other roof accessories.
