This storage step fits in the passenger sliding door entrance of the 2019+ Sprinter. It gives you a solid, non-slip step to get in and out of the van, with a hidden storage compartment underneath for shoes, tools or small gear.
Rated for up to 300 lb when correctly installed, it mounts in the entrance area and does not attach to the moving door. The powder-coated finish resists wear and corrosion. Installation is simple with common hand tools and usually needs no major drilling. Check the fit first if your van has a powered sliding door, mobility equipment or an aftermarket floor, and retighten the hardware after the first 160 km.

WARNING
Ignoring the following warnings may result in the step detaching from the vehicle, leading to serious injury or death.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 300 lb.
- Inspect and tighten all hardware after the first 160 km and every 965 km thereafter. Check the overall integrity of the step monthly or every 965 km, whichever occurs first.
- Use caution when the surface is wet, icy, muddy or covered in oil.
- Do not store loose hazardous materials or anything that could interfere with the step, sliding door or mounting hardware.
- The van owner and/or installer assume all risks associated with sliding door steps and/or components.
