Length: 144 High Roof

A carbon fibre rooftop tent system made for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter high roof. It bolts to the factory roof rails and opens from inside the van, adding a second sleeping space above your build with no ladder needed.

Key Features

  • Interior access: Climb into the tent through a hatch from inside the van
  • Light and rigid: Carbon fibre and foam core shells keep roof weight low
  • All-season comfort: Insulated shells and tent components built for cold nights
  • Stays dry: Fabric resists mould and condensation, with sealed seams that never need resealing
  • Easy to use: Push to open, pull down to close, and the fabric folds itself
  • Roof ready: Integrated roof rack with room for solar panels, vent fans and light bars

Sleep above it all and wake up to the view. Professional rooftop tent installation is available at our shop in Gatineau, near Ottawa. We'll take care of everything for you.

Important Note:

  • Not compatible with the Sprinter 144″ low roof.
  • Tent components are rated down to −29 °C. For very cold trips, ducting a heater into the tent is strongly recommended.
  • The tent must be installed in the specified forward-facing orientation.
  • Each locking strap is rated to 150 lb. The complete system weighs about 150 lb.
  • Adding a roof fan to the carbon shell modifies a structural panel and must be done by a qualified professional.
  • Vehicle: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 144″ and 170″ high roof
  • Size: One tent size for both. The 170″ version comes with a roof rack extension.
  • System weight: About 150 lb (depending on configuration and accessories)
  • Sleeping area: 1.25 × 2.0 m (49.2″ × 78.7″), for two adults
  • Opening: 700 × 450 mm (27.6″ × 17.7″)
  • Upper and lower shells: Carbon fibre reinforced face sheets on a closed-cell PMI foam core
  • Fabric: All-season fabric that resists mould and condensation
  • Seams: Water-swelling thread stitched into the fabric, with no sealant bead
  • Temperature rating: Components rated to −29 °C (−21 °F)
  • Locking straps: 2, rated to 150 lb each
  • Mounting: Bolts to the factory roof rails, forward facing only
  • Included: Integrated roof rack and edge trim
  • Not included: Ladder

Product Information

⛺ Enter from inside the van

An interior entry hatch lets you open, close and climb into the tent from inside the van, with no exterior ladder.

❄️ Four-season sleeping

Insulated shells and tent components rated down to −29 °C (−21 °F). For nights that cold, duct a heater into the tent to stay comfortable.

🪶 Carbon fibre and PMI shells

Carbon-fibre-reinforced face sheets bonded around a closed-cell PMI foam core make a rigid, light shell that also limits heat transfer through the roof.

💧 Mould and condensation resistant fabric

Patented all-season fabric stitched with water-swellable SEAL Stitch thread, with no seam sealant to dry out or crack.

🙌 Effortless operation

A gentle push opens the tent. Pull the top down to close it and the fabric folds itself; two straps rated to 150 lb each lock it shut.

☀️ Integrated roof rack

Supports solar panels, vent fans, light bars and many roof accessories, depending on load and wiring.

🚐 Sprinter high roof only

Fits the Sprinter 144″ and 170″ high roof. Not compatible with the Sprinter 144″ low roof because of the roof-rail width.

🔩 Bolts to the factory roof rails

The tent body bolts to the factory roof-rail mounting system and faces forward with an aerodynamic front fairing.

✂️ Roof cut-out like a roof fan

The hatch cut-out sits between the first and second ceiling ribs, so no structural rib is cut.

⏱️ Installation time

About 3 hours for an experienced shop, about 5 hours for a first-time shop. Professional installation is recommended.
